Looking for an entry-level role with a consistent schedule and weekly pay? This Warehouse Support opportunity offers $16 per hour, a contract basis, and a straightforward application process. The job is open to candidates with minimal warehouse experience—just three to six months is enough—and positions are filled quickly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
The role is hands-on and detail-oriented. Your tasks include receiving graduation gowns, unwrapping and hanging them, steaming, bagging for shipment, and order picking using a pick sheet. Prolonged standing, repeated movements, and lifting up to 50 lbs will be required at times.
You’ll need to keep a close eye on details and maintain accuracy. The position is scheduled for daytime, Monday through Friday, from 7:30am to 4pm, making for a predictable workweek with your weekends free.
Avantages
One of the major advantages of this job is its accessibility for entry-level candidates, opening doors to the industrial sector. You’re paid weekly with direct deposit and receive vacation pay on every deposit, boosting your take-home earnings. The daytime-only schedule brings work-life balance to your routine.
Cons
Physically, the role can be demanding, with long periods of standing and lifting heavy items. The position is also temporary, so long-term stability isn’t guaranteed. Expectations for reliability and attention to detail are high and can be challenging for some.
Le verdict
If you are reliable, enjoy practical work, and need a steady weekly paycheque, this Warehouse Support position offers a clear first step into industrial work. Apply now if you’re ready to start immediately and have basic warehouse experience.
